Please don't hate me....I didn't work out today. I promise that it isn't because I didn't want to. I have a 100.6 degree fever, and I'm dealing with the chills, body aches...the whole shebang. It's all I can do to simply crawl into bed.
So sorry. I'll get back on track as soon as I can. And my sister is here--from out of state--to visit. BOO.
