DAY NINETEEN

I'm down 2 pounds!

I can also definitely tell a difference in my arms and legs as well.  My arms are notoriously wimpy, so seeing a muscle pop out while flexing impresses me greatly! :-)  Also, I can see muscle in my upper legs again....muscles that have been covered by fat for a few years now.  I do think my tummy is getting smaller.  It is still definitely the area that still needs the most work--and no amount of working out is going to make the skin there tighter--but I am noticing change.  That's awesome for only 19 days of working out!

I am going to try to take updated pics tomorrow as well. 

Vacation is just around the corner.  I keep reminding myself that I still have to shop for a swimsuit.....ugh.
